Warranty Information

Warranty Coverage Explained : 

The Warranty provided by the iJOY Brand, guarantees all products purchased from retailers to be made of first-class materials and therefore provides a 90 day warranty against any defects in material and workmanship with a proof of purchase from a known retailer.

Please Note: Ebay / Craigslist is NOT an authorized retailer or China affiliates such as FASTECH / EFUN and voids the Warranty Coverage with our brand.Please provide proof-of-purchase when processing a warranty claim or we will not be able to warrant your device. However, as a solution we will be able to service your device for a fee that applies to all out-of-warranty products and devices of the iJOY brand. 

Please Note: Returns on devices due to color variations is not a viable reason of return.

WARRANTY SERVICES EXPLAINED :

1. YOUR PRODUCT MUST NOT BE OLDER THAN 90 DAYS. 

2. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT, INVOICE OR HAVE PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM IJOY TO HONOR YOUR WARRANTY.

3. IF YOU WON THE ITEM IN A CONTEST PLEASE BE PREPARED TO ANSWER QUESTIONS REGARDING THE CONTEST. 

4. YOU MUST Completely FILL OUT THE WARRANTY SERVICES FORM AND SHIP WITH THE DEVICE.

Warranty Limitations :

This 90 day warranty excludes rechargeable batteries, chargers, tanks/atomizers, glass, tips, coils, and damage to the exterior deemed reasonable wear and tear, scratches, dents, chips, fading of color, and liquid of any kind. In addition, the warranty does not apply to damage caused by abnormal or unreasonable use of any of the components.

This warranty is in place of all other warranties, including warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and warranty of merchant ability and excludes any liability for incidental or consequential damages by our products. Use of these products are at the sole risk of the user, due to the method or process for which you are using your product, always do so in a safe environment and never leave your MOD unattended around children.

To Start A Warranty Claim:

If you would like to get started on the process please Complete and Fill Out the Warranty Form that must be sent with your device (Form Located) at the bottom of the webpage.  You must read over the process and procedure as we are/will not be responsible to ensure that you understand the claims process.

In Order to process a Claim for the USA you are required to ship your device to and from our center and a fee to return your device might be required for devices shipped without return labels.

*PLEASE NOTE: Stamps on Envelopes do not suffice for shipping a Mod Device, you will need a Label to stick on a padded envelope. Rates apply : please ask your USPS / UPS / FedEx shipping outlets for information. 

A validation process will be done once your device has been received.You will be responsible for the shipping and tracking to and from our facility. Please Attach the label to the outside of your package you will be sending in along with the warranty form inside the package. Please do not send in Atomizers, batteries, chargers, or any of your personal accessories unless instructed to do otherwise
