WARRANTY SERVICES EXPLAINED

IJOY Warranty offers three types of service:

      1. Customer may exchange for new of the same product and pay the shipping cost. (For Valid Non-Repairable Issues)
      2. Customer may utilize our UPGRADE SERVICE and upgrade to a new item at 50% off the price.
      3. Customer may be required to ships back repairable item to be fixed. Must pay the shipping cost. (USA ONLY)
        • DO NOT SHIP BACK TO DEFECTIVE PRODUCT TO WARRANTY CENTER UNLESS REQUESTED BY TECHNICIAN. 

In order for us to start Warranty Services for your product, we require you to email us: 

1. PROOF OF PURCHASE - RECEIPT OF PURCHASE

2. PHOTOS or a BRIEF VIDEO OF THE ISSUE 

3. A BRIEF WRITTEN EXPLANATION OF ISSUE

4. PRODUCT DETAILS: COLOR : TYPE : 

5. CONTACT INFORMATION INCLUDING NAME, SHIPPING ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER & EMAIL ADDRESS 

Please note: If you are unable to file or give us the information above, this will DELAY the warranty process for you.

Once you have submitted all the required documents, an IJOY Warranty Representative will determine whether your product requires service, as well as, confirm the damage is eligible for warranty. If your item requires service, your representative will inform you on how IJOY will provide it. If we are unable to service and fix your item, we will send you a brand-new item. (SHIPPING COST IS RESPONSIBILITY OF CUSTOMER.)

IJOY’s 90 Day Warranty guarantees all products purchased from retailers to be made of first-class materials and provides a 90 day warranty from date purchased against any defects in material and workmanship with a proof of purchase from a known retailer.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:

Warranty Limitations and Exclusions:

This 90 day warranty excludes rechargeable batteries, chargers, tanks/atomizers, glass, tips, coils, and damage to the exterior deemed reasonable wear and tear, scratches, dents, chips, fading of color, and liquid of any kind. In addition, the 90-day warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from, but not limited to, any of the following:

    • Wear and tear associated with normal use
    • Any modification, abuse, accident, disassembly, misapplication, or unauthorized repair
    • Any improper operation or use not in accordance with Product instructions or technical specifications
    • Cracked, broken, or otherwise damaged display (OLED) and screen.
    • Any other cause which does not relate to a defect in materials or workmanship

This warranty is in place of all other warranties, including warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and warranty of merchant ability and excludes any liability for incidental or consequential damages by our products. Use of these products are at the risk of the user, due to the method or process for which you are using your product, always do so in a safe environment and never leave your MOD unattended around children. 

*Please Note: EBAY and China Affiliates Sites such as FASTECH are NOT authorized retailers and as such purchases with those sites void IJOY's Warranty Coverage for your device. 

SHIPPING COST:

For Warranty Service, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping out the replacement product. For repair services, customer must pay to ship device to and from our center. Customer must pay to ship back products sent without a prepaid return shipping label. 

*PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT SEND STAMPS! Stamps on envelopes do not suffice for shipping a Mod Device. You will need a Label to stick on a padded envelope.  We strongly suggest USPS Flat Rate Padded Envelope Label for USA customers.

 UPGRADE SERVICE:

To serve you better, we offer a special upgrade service for valid warrantied products that are no longer in productions.

Let say you recently bought an IJOY product and are now experiencing issues covered by warranty. You are still in the warranty time frame, but that particular product is no longer in production so we would be unable to send you a new one. We will give you a chance to upgrade to a new item at half the retail price! Valid for both USA and International Warranty Customers

Repair Service: (ONLY FOR USA CUSTOMERS.)

If we think the product can be fixed, we may ask you, the customer, to send product into our USA warehouse. Otherwise, please only email us the video or photo’s as evidence to do service. Customer will need to pay for shipping to and from our USA center.

       *PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT SEND TANKS, COILS, BATTERIES OR ACCESSORIES.
