If you would like to get started on the process please Complete and Fill Out the Warranty Form that must be sent with your device (Form Located) at the bottom of the webpage. You must read over the process and procedure as we are/will not be responsible to ensure that you understand the claims process.

In Order to process a Claim for the USA you are required to ship your device to and from our center and a fee to return your device might be required for devices shipped without return labels, please note: Stamps on Envelopes do not suffice for shipping a Mod Device, you will need a Label to stick on a padded envelope. Rates apply : please ask your USPS / UPS / FedEx shipping outlets for information.
A validation process will be done once your device has been received.You will be responsible for the shipping and tracking to and from our facility. Please Attach the label to the outside of your package you will be sending in along with the warranty form inside the package. Please do not send in Atomizers, batteries, chargers, or any of your personal accessories unless instructed to do otherwise.
If you opt for our trade-in or other services that we do provide please understand that they might result in various service fees that might need to be applied.

Step 2 : WARRANTY SERVICES EXPLAINED :
1. YOUR PRODUCT MUST NOT BE OLDER THAN 90 DAYS.
2. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT OF PURCHASE FOR US TO HONOR YOUR ITEM. ( don't have one Read " Without Receipt or Proof of purchase" options below )
3. IF YOU WON THE ITEM IN A CONTEST PLEASE BE PREPARED TO ANSWER QUESTIONS REGARDING THE CONTEST.
4. YOU MUST Completely FILL OUT THE WARRANTY SERVICES FORM AND SHIP WITH THE DEVICE. (no printer, no problem, fill out the form on a piece of paper and ship the paper along with the device instead. )
Upon registration our team will look over your eligibility, you will receive a phone call or email regarding your options. If you are not eligible for any reason, other applicable fees to receive services might apply.
SOLUTIONS: If your Device is OUT of the 90 Day Warranty time frame you may have an option to Buy/Purchase a New Device with a discount / Trade-in Fee. Please email our service team for your options.
NO PROOF OF PURCHASE / NO RECEIPT : If you do not have the proof of purchase which means you cannot prove it was inside/outside the 90 day warranty you can still submit the unit for service. The unit might have a fee to fix, this will depend on the age of your device. We use the launch date of our devices to try and make up for the 90 days in which you purchased your device.
OBSOLETE PRODUCTS: If your product is older than 6 months, your product might be deemed obsolete by the manufacturer in China as parts and pieces become unavailable to service the device. Please EMAIL (email@example.com) our service team in regards to products OLDER than 6 months for service outside the warranty date. We will try to help you to the best of our abilities.
Step 3 : Terms of Service
Warranty Coverage Explained :
The Warranty provided by the iJOY Brand, guarantees all products purchased from retailers to be made of first-class materials and therefore provides a 90 day warranty against any defects in material and workmanship with a proof of purchase from a known retailer.
Please Note: Ebay / Craigslist is NOT an authorized retailer or China affiliates such as FASTECH / EFUN and voids the Warranty Coverage with our brand.Please provide proof-of-purchase when processing a warranty claim or we will not be able to warrant your device. However, as a solution we will be able to service your device for a fee that applies to all out-of-warranty products and devices of the iJOY brand.
Please Note: Returns on devices due to color variations is not a viable reason of return.
Warranty Limitations :
This 90 day warranty excludes rechargeable batteries, chargers, tanks/atomizers, glass, tips, coils, and damage to the exterior deemed reasonable wear and tear, scratches, dents, chips, fading of color, and liquid of any kind. In addition, the warranty does not apply to damage caused by abnormal or unreasonable use of any of the components.
This warranty is in place of all other warranties, including warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and warranty of merchant ability and excludes any liability for incidental or consequential damages by our products. Use of these products are at the sole risk of the user, due to the method or process for which you are using your product, always do so in a safe environment and never leave your MOD unattended around children.
