You place an order, and are anxiously awaiting the arrival of your stuff. Advanced mods, vaporizers, and killer e-juice has that effect on people. Fortunately for you, we are just as anxious for you to get your goods so we do everything in our power to offer extremely fast turnaround time, expedited processing times, and orders are known to ship out same-day if they are placed by 3 PM PST (Holidays and Weekends excluded). Exciting, right? Your package will arrive in a few days, however keep in mind that orders heading to the fabulous states of Alaska and Hawaii can take as long as 2 weeks using standard delivery. Should you opt for expedited shipping, expect your order to be delivered within the time frame specified of the shipping type you chose.
When you place your order, we will send a confirmation email with all your details. As soon as your order heads out the door for shipping, you’ll receive another email notifying you of the shipment, which will include the tracking number.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions: Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.
Lost & Undelivered Packages: Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of SHENZHEN IJOY TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD or IJOY VAPE LLC, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. IJOY strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.
Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. IJOY and its subsidiaries are not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.
Delivery to Shipping Forwarder: IJOY strives to ensure that all orders go out in a perfect condition to offer the best customer experience. For customers choosing to ship their order to a mail or freight forwarding service this guarantee is voided once the package arrives safely and undamaged with the forwarding service’s US address. These services typically repackage our products. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for damages, missing items and/or other issues that occur after initial delivery. Once the order has arrived safely to the shipping address provided on your order, IJOY is no longer responsible for the delivery of and/or condition of the order, including but not limited to issues with loss, damages and breakage, customs seizure, missing items, etc.
Sales Tax:We are required to charge sales tax for select states. Tax rates will be calculated at Check Out and will be based on the address information used for the order. In some cases, sales tax may be applied to shipping costs. These regulations are imposed by both state and local governments.
Some carriers do not update tracking for up to 48 hours after pickup; Overnight and Two Day shipping delivers on business days only and if you place the order after 3PM PST the order ships the next business day.

You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We do not charge a restocking fee.
If you purchased a Item or Device from our website (www.ijoyusa.com) please contact us to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by emailing our service team at email@example.com.
If you purchased an IJOY Product from another retailer and would like a refund or want to return the merchandise, you must seek the consultation of the retailer you originally purchased the merchandise from. We do not refund purchases of IJOY devices purchased through independent retailers. We will only refund or return merchandise purchased from www.ijoyusa.com.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to items that are returned to our warehouse. If the return of your package incurred any type of return fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund for the returned items.
