15 DAY RETURN POLICY: NO RESTOCKING FEE

You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. 

For your convenience, we do not charge a restocking fee.  

Please contact us to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by calling 1(702) 383-6888. Upon receiving the RMA number, you must ship the item within 20 days to:

PLEASE NOTE:  Shipping both ways is the responsibility of the customer.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please Note: 90 DAY Limited Warranty - Guarantees all products purchased from retailers to be made of first-class materials and therefore IJOY provides a 90 day warranty against any defects in material and workmanship with a proof of purchase from a known retailer. iJOY USA SHIPPING - IT'S FAST

For Domestic shipping. Super fast processing. Rapid turnaround. Same-day shipping (typically) on orders placed by 12PM EST. 

You place an order, and are anxiously awaiting the arrival of your stuff. Advanced mods, vaporizers, and killer e-juice has that effect on people. Fortunately for you, we are just as anxious for you to get your goods so we do everything in our power to offer extremely fast turnaround time, expedited processing times, and orders are known to ship out same-day if they are placed by 12 PM EST (Holidays and Weekends excluded). Exciting, right? Your package will arrive in a few days, however keep in mind that orders heading to the fabulous states of Alaska and Hawaii can take as long as 2 weeks using standard delivery. Should you opt for expedited shipping, expect your order to be delivered within the time frame specified of the shipping type you chose. 

PLEASE NOTE: Overnight and Two Day shipping delivers on business days only and if you place the order after 12PM EST the order ships the next business day.

 

When you place your order, we will send a confirmation email with all your details. As soon as your order heads out the door for shipping, you’ll receive another email notifying you of the shipment, which will include the tracking number.

 PLEASE NOTE:  Some carriers do not update tracking for up to 48 hours after pickup.

 

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

Shipping internationally can take between 7 -30 days to arrive, depending on the destination. Per the request of the customer, we will ship generally anywhere, however, please be aware that we will not accept responsibility for packages that are seized by customs, as this is a potential situation. We are a law-abiding company, and we strictly adhere to all laws in the countries we do business in. In other words, as a consumer who chooses to purchase and have products shipped to a country outside of the United States, you are taking responsibility for your purchase, and acknowledging that you are aware of the laws pertaining to such shipments.

PLEASE NOTE: Priority International Tracking will show movement from our warehouse to the US international Sort Facility and then once it arrives in your country (Not all countries will provide tracking updates. If you have not received your order within 15 days, please contact your local customs agency). Standard international shipping will only show movement from our warehouse to the US international sort facility.
